生成加密key

生成iv

创建keyinfo文件，将上面的内容写进文件

-bsf:v h264_mp4toannexb 
参数的作用是将MP4中的H.264数据转换为常见于实时传输流的H.264 AnnexB标准的编码。

-hls_time （单位秒）
此参数的作用是设置转码切片的duration为10秒左右一片（从关键帧处开始切片）

-hls_segment_filename
设置HLS的TS分片前缀名

-hls_base_url
参数设置了每个TS文件的前置基本路径

解码暂时没测试通过…

iv 不需要加 0x

k 是16进制的值
